About Saving Settings
There are 2 groups of settings that control the conversion of images to DesignaKnit stitch pattern format:


The settings are saved WITH THE STITCH PATTERN.
AND they will be applied to the next image you open.


When you answer YES to the "Save Settings" prompt:
The settings are saved WITH THE STITCH PATTERN.
AND they will be applied to the next image you open.
